Missions

What’s the job? • Handle all reservations (individual & groups) • Follow-up and conversion of bookings in accordance with budget • Negotiate group quotes, cancellations and upselling • Manage billing, deposits, PMS and payment • Maintain excellent relationships with clients & agents. Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as may be reasonably required will form part of this job description. WHAT’S IN YOUR DNA • Must speak and write fluently in English, any other languages advantageous • Outstanding time management and organization skills & ability to handle high volume of bookings • Demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service • Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for what you do • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels with diverse groups of colleagues in a way that appears natural and effortless • You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role

We need an enthusiastic and friendly candidate to join our Central Reservations team based in Barcelona.

You will be confident in dealing with people, you will gain experience in handling multiple reservation channels and groups reservations.
